Standard Shipping Policy
Your order amount must be equal or greater than $200 to receive free shipping. Merchandise leaves our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping address. Shipping and handling will be added to the cost of the order. Expedited orders must be placed before 12PM EST.
Selini New York will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge of $14.00. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping charges for all International Orders will be calculated once we pack the Order. Please email help@selininy.com for shipping destinations outside the United States of America. International orders will be shipped via USPS except Canada.
