Returns and or claims are only applicable to defective and/or damaged products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged and/or defective items will not be accepted for return after 7 days of delivery. 

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise for reasons other than those stated above, we will review the return request based on the following return policy:

Selininy.com will review each return request on a case by case basis within 7 days of delivery, that are sold as new or otherwise described as in perfect condition. Selininy.com reserves the rights to use discretionary judgment based on customer return requests. If a dissatisfaction return is approved by selininy.com, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost, exchange shipping cost and will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. This policy is strictly enforced.

The liability of selininy.com for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). selininy.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
